We're looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team in a successful and busy restaurant. Located in Rosebank, Johannesburg we cater for the high end customer with interesting dishes using modern techniques. Key Aspects of the Role:
Supporting and reporting to the head chef
Delivery of high quality food to our customers
Manage junior staff, develop and nurture talented individuals and promote a positive environment
Daily preparation of food items
Stock control/management
Assist with menu planning and costing
Requirements:
Formal qualification in culinary arts
At least 2 years experience in a similar position
Job Details:
Full time and permanent
Salary is R15,000 per month with great bonus structure
